Here you will find all the frequently asked questions to guide and prepare you for your visit.
Firstly you will be offered a complimentary discovery call where you can speak to one of our ABC practitioners directly about your reason for wanting care, and we can let you know if its typically something we can help you with. If we can help you will be invited for an initial consultation.
On your first visit with us, you will sit down with one of our ABC Practitioners and discuss your motivation for care and your personal goals.
During this visit your Practitioner will undertake a full health assessment; taking a full health history, performing physical tests and a digital postural analysis.
On your second visit with us (your report of findings), we will go through the results of your initial consultation and tell you what we think is the problem, what we think we can do to help, how long we expect it to take and any costs involved.
The number of sessions you require will be based upon the results from your health assessment and your own personal goals. Your Practitioner will discuss your tailored schedule of care with you.
There are many reasons why people undertake care. You may be suffering from pain, want to address postural issues or may want to improve wellness, function and performance.

Yes, ABC care during pregnancy is a Safe an effective means of treating common musculoskeletal symptoms that occur to maintain a comfortable pregnancy and help facilitate an uncomplicated labor and delivery.
No, you may hear a ‘popping’ or ‘cracking’ sound during adjustments which is a pain free releasing of gas bubbles within the joints.
Some of our meningeal adjustments feel like a deep stretch, but should not be painful.

There are multiple car parks very close by. The two closest are Depot Road Car Park, which is a 1-2 minute walk and Hope Lodge Car Park which is across the road from the practice. The Depot Road Car Park has lower rates. Both car parks accept Ringo or cash.
Please wear comfortable clothing that is not too baggy (so the Practitioner can assess your posture) and does not have a hood (so we can adjust the neck region). Most practice members attend in athletic/gym attire.
It is recommended that you undertake lifestyle changes to compliment your adjustments and help support your body. Your Chiropractor will discuss any product recommendations with you.
Included within your care are Sitting, Standing and Sleeping Workshops which provide training so you can use the resources within your home.
