Performance

You don’t have to be a professional athlete to want to improve your performance and beat personal records. It is no secret that many top athletes undergo chiropractic care, to ensure they can perform at their best, prevent injuries, improve cognitive reaction times and improve muscular function.

Unfortunately injuries are a common occurrence in sport and not just an issue for professional athletes. These injuries can be caused by misalignments in the body, which can inhibit joint function, self regulation and the body’s ability to send signals to the brain. Equally there are often misalignments that can predispose one to chronic injury patterns. At Spine we aim to address any misalignments within the body that cannot be self corrected to restore normal function and make sure your body can function at its optimum.

Our focus is to work with you to achieve individual goals and help you perform at your best. You will have a personalised programme, based upon your goals and have check ins and reports along the way to make sure you are on track.

So, whether you are struggling to recover after an injury, wanting to beat personal records or just wanted to be able to exercise without pain our ABC Practitioners can help you achieve your goals.
